Pravasi Property maintenance and other services

The SERVICE PROVIDER will provide efficient solutions for home maintenance, upkeep, and design for properties of NRI (hereinafter referred to as “SERVICE RECIPIENT”] who are the members of affiliated organisations/members of PCT [INTERMEDIARY], including customised interior design solutions to farm development, and property maintenance and rental services, payments of all taxes, electricity, water bills etc, offering a broad spectrum of tailor-made solutions when it comes to taking care of their precious property wherever situated in Kerala and PCT shall recommend the services of SERVICE PROVIDER for “RECIPIENTS” who are PCT’s affiliated organisations/members who are basically NRI’s having membership in PCT’s affiliated Malayali Associations from United States of America and other parts of the world .

MOU signed with INDIAN INSTITUTE OF ARBITRATION & MEDIATION [IIAM]

The First Party[IIAM] is an institution promoting and administering Alternative Disputes Resolution (ADR) services, Dispute Prevention & Management (DPM) services and conducting various training programs on ADR, having its Registered/Head office at Cochin, Kerala and having its own rules for ADR and panel of expert and accredited neutrals from various fields for ADR;
The Second Party [PCT] is an unified platform for Pravasi Indians and their Associations all over the World, like WMC, WMF, FOKANA, GOPIO etc. to open up new possibilities for their economic, political and social interaction and growth by augmenting their inherited culture, value systems and social and economic outlook and to facilitate a dynamic link with the Pravasi Indian diaspora and their experience, expertise and entrepreneurship for the invigoration of the Pravasi Indian Community at large;
The Second Party has approached the First Party for having “IIAM Collaboration” for offering conflict management, dispute resolution and ADR services as offered by IIAM to all pravasi members of PCT and its associated pravasi communities like WMC, WMF, FOKANA, GOPIO, etc. and to the entire pravasi community of different countries which the First Party has agreed to do subject to the terms and conditions herein appearing;
